WARDOGS Commander ("we", "us") is an unofficial, fan-made companion tool for the game WARDOGS, built and operated solo. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Account information. If you create an account with email and password, we store your email address, a hashed password (we never see or store your password in plain text), and the username you choose.
Discord sign-in. If you sign in with Discord instead, Discord shares your Discord username, avatar, and the email address associated with your Discord account with us, per Discord's own authorization screen at the time you sign in.
Content you create. Forum posts and replies, LFG (Looking-For-Group) board posts, saved squad loadouts you choose to make public, and your profile are stored and, where you choose to make them public, are visible to other visitors.
Locally stored data. Loadout Planner and Builder inputs, squad rosters you build outside a shared room, and dismissed notifications are stored only in your browser's local storage — they are never sent to us unless you explicitly save or share them (e.g. via "Save Squad" or a shared Squad Room).
Cookies. See Section 5 below.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
This site relies on a small number of third-party services to operate:

You can delete your own posts and public squads at any time; contact us (Section 9) to request full account deletion.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 9. We will respond within a reasonable time.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
